About Us

About Eagle Eye Farm

Eagle Eye Farm Rehabilitation Center was founded in 1992 on a rural farm in Vermont’s, Northeast Kingdom far from stresses often associated with more urban areas.

Our main campus, situated on a mountaintop, encompasses our varied vocation focused programs. The main farmhouse provides accommodations for three residents that may require close supervision. We have apartments, as well as homes, located on campus and in the general area offering alternate living accommodations for residents as they progress in their respective programs.

Our client-centered program provides services in a non-institutional setting espousing a home like atmosphere for both resident(s) and staff. Staff utilize an educational approach to program design/implementation. Eagle Eye Farm staff, many of whom are professional educators, have extensive experience to include, but not limited to, working with clients with behavior challenges.

Eagle Eye Farm Rehabilitation Center, a licensed level IV Therapeutic Community Residence, has been addressing the unique needs of Traumatic Brain Injured survivors, as well as other special populations, for over 20 years. Eagle Eye Farm Rehabilitation Center is an approved Medicaid Provider.

Our client-centered program focuses on “hands-on” learning with emphasis on building vocational skills in a safe and nurturing environment. Residents work on acquiring skills while addressing academic, social and other identified needs.
